Terms of Service
1. Service Principle
1) Keeppower provides efficient service to all products under our warranty.

2) Given that one of our core products, lithium-ion batteries/cells, has been classified as dangerous goods for transport by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the International Air Transport Association (IATA), and the International Maritime Organization (IMO), there are strict requirements for international transportation. 

Dealers will be responsible for customers. Customers should contact the dealers or distributors from whom they bought Keeppower batteries. Keeppower will assit our dealers to complete the final after-sales services.

2. Warranty Details

With a specialized quality control framework and procedures, Keeppower takes great pride in its work and in the wide variety of products that it offers. Keeppower also gives its customers the confidence to provide:

1) Products returned within the warranty period (1 year) must be KeepPower products and must be accompanied by an RMA form. Products of unknown origin or those without valid warranty will not be accepted.
2) Products must be returned via ship on a quarterly basis.
3) Replacement items will be shipped together with customer’s next order shipment.

4) We will charge for maintenance if it is exceed one-year warranty period. The detailed cost depends on the replacement parts required; The maintenance service itself is free of charge. The customer will responsible for all delivery costs associated with shipping defective batteries.
